Shipping policy

 

All in stock orders are handcrafted and therefore processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Made to order items will take 1-3 business weeks to process after receiving your order confirmation email. Another notification will be sent to you once the order has been shipped. 

Custom items will also take 1-3 business weeks to process as it falls under the "Made to Order" Category.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

LOCAL PICKUP OPTION

Available only for customers who reside in Calgary, Alberta.

After receiving your order, we will contact you for any further information regarding pick up location.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please fill out our contact us form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
